Students must make hotel reservations directly with the hotel. The room block and rate information will be provided by email about two months prior to class start. MSCA will assist in making room reservations as needed. Just let us know what you need.

The tuition for five day classes is $1200 per person or $1100 per person for three or more from the same activity. Your confirmation message will provide details if applicable. Cost Estimating tuition is $1600. Pay by class start day is preferred with check, credit card, money order, purchase order, SF 182 or other government training form in the name of:

Payment may be made any time within 30 days of class completion, if necessary.

Attendance must be approved by local training office or personnel office. For payment by Government credit card obtain payment authorization from local command credit card Program Administrative Coordinator before class. For payment by Government Purchase Card (GPC) send by e-mail or fax at any time, the name of card holder, card number, expiration date and e-mail address for receipt. Credit card payment (GPC) will be processed at any time after the two week obligation date or before if requested. Tuition payments made after the two week point class are non-refundable, but tuition credit may be given for a future class for non-attendance.
